Goal

Female manager percentage always is 0% although we have already female managers
Opened analysis "Headcount KPI - Workforce Assignment" and found this condition"Grade Code IN ('BI_HR_M1', 'BI_HR_M2', 'BI_HR_M3', 'BI_HR_M4', 'M-1', 'M-2', 'M-3', 'M-4', 'M1', 'M2', 'M3', 'M4') "
so, there are two questions:
1. what each Grade Code means?
2. where can  find it and set managers to it?
