On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Creating or updating existing lead with primary product group

When we try to update existing lead or create new one with primary product group we get this error:
 You cannot associate records of types Lead and Product because no matching record contains the value PRIMARY_PROD_GROUP_ID. (MKT-285229) Details: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist, then remove the record from the data file, or update the record with a valid user key.
