When a customer reports:

ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 102 with name "_####_####$" too small

on Cloud SaaS BIP Environment, we need to check to see if the customers FUSION Undo Tablespace has enough space.

Also, the following solution will work for when a report fails with ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment in FUSION_TEMP

Example: One report ran for very long time (25 hours) and failed with error message:
