Lag In Synchronization Between SOA Tables And HCM Tables When Running a BIP Report (Doc ID 2519963.1)

Symptoms

Developers wrote a BIP report for workflow transaction status. The report is using views of SOA in HCM for this. In some transactions like Salary change where there are multiple approvers the HCM tables are not reflecting them immediately. When reviewing the notification from the Bell ICON the current approver is correct.

It is taking five to ten minutes for synchronization between SOA and HCM. Why this is occurring? Can Oracle provide a  solution where synchronization happens immediately between SOA and HCM?
