Last updated on APRIL 06, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

There is a Standard Lookup field 'Lead Origin' in Lead entity.
The LOVs that are translated in Japanese (in Manage Standard Lookups) are not displaying the correct value in the same in drop-down list.

The translations that are set and the values that are visible in the drop-down list are not same.
For example in that field, there is a LOV value as "Contact initiated by customer" whose Japanese translation we want to keep is this "Contact initiated by customer / 顧客からの問い合わせ" but the actual value that is visible in the UI at record level is this "顧客からの問い合わせ" (the English part before the ' / ' are trimmed off).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LOVs that are translated in Manage Standard Lookups to be visible the same in drop-down list.
