ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Scheduled Duplicate Identification Batch is not completing, it is in Processing state but not completing. However, when copying and running the same Job manually it completes.
this started happening after 18C patch was applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Scheduled Duplicate Identification Batch to complete
