Adding Firewall Rule to BDCS Does not Work and Displays Message "For non-AD environments please use bdacli bdcs_whitelist" (Doc ID 2520621.1)

Trying to add a firewall rule to a BDCS 4.11.7 cluster does not work and raises message "For non-AD environments, please use bdacli bdcs_whitelist."  The command used is like:

bdacli firewall add <SOURCE_IP>/<PORT_NUMBER> <HOSTNAME_BDCS> <DESTINATION_PORT_NUMBER> <PROTOCOL>

For example:

Running the same command on another cluster previously worked successfully.
