Unable To Handle Fault While Calling Local Integration (Doc ID 2520690.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

Parent Integration is calling the local integration, if any Faults are returned those are not getting propagated to the parent Fault.
We are seeing below error in the integration.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------------
1. Call child integration (local) through parent integration

2. If any fault occurs on child integration it fails to propagate to parent integration.
