Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, when trying to manually enter value in UDT or load via Spreadsheet, the below error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
The user row and column already exist. (FF-1605114)
You cannot save the record because the entered user row and column already exists. Ensure you have a unique row and column.

The combination of user row, user column, effective start date, and effective end date already exists. Enter a unique value. (FF-1605109)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to UDT Values
2. Enter MATCH
3. Error given
