Goal

If an employee has multiple assignments and one only active, the terminated assignments appear when adding element entries.

For example, for a person Number - non worker created on 31-12-18 and terminated on the 31-1-19  and hired on 1-2-19, when trying to add elements to employee on 1-2-19 the terminated assignment appears.

Also this issue occurs for pending worker when convert to employee.
