Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is no sync between approval rules set up on fusion and BPM and any changes made on fusion do not reflect on BPM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Approval rules set up on fusion should reflect automatically on BPM

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform changes on Termination /Resignation approval rule
2. Save and Submit the changes
3. Termination and Resignation transactions failing
4. Check the rules from BPM and see that changes not reflected
