On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Unable to reorder/delete Contact Detail pages on Application Composer

You are unable to reorder (sequence) or delete the contact detail pages on application composer.
While trying to reorder the layouts the following error message is displayed:
ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #7

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC -> Get in a sandbox
2. Navigate to Contact object -> Contact details
3. Re order or delete contact detail pages
4. Getting an adf error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
There is no business impact mentioned however, customer cannot make changes to contact details as it gives error.
