Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to validate an address using Oracle Spatial, the validation fails with the following exception:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to validate addresses successfully using Oracle Spatial.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.  For a given location select Actions > Location Management > Utilities > Validate Address

2.  Select any of the Oracle Spatial external distance engines to validate the address

3.  The validation fails with the above exception.
