ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

I am trying to make use of the Batch Element Upload and i have installed the Download Desktop Integration on my system and ran it successfully.
Despite when I download the Excel File system would not pop me to log in page again after clicking on Enable Editing on the Excel sheet and i don't see the instruction or header on the excel sheet downloaded.
