Symptoms

Cannot cancel an approved Requisition with source type of INVENTORY, due to error:

ERROR:

The selected action cannot be completed because a transfer order is being created.

Reproduce by steps:

From the Navigator:

  1.   Procurement >  Requisitions
  2.   Select Task: Manage Requisitions
  3.   Select an approved Requisition with Source type: INVENTORY that is associated to a Transfer Order.
  4.   Proceed to cancel the Requisition > Enter a cancel reason.
  5.   Error appears.
