Symptoms

 

When run the action by selecting multiple shipments and run the custom action with in turn triggers a report or via the report manager. the output is not generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OTM
2. Navigate to Shipments page
3. Select multiple shipments and run report via report manager
