Using FA Integrated with IDCS, While Trying to Login to Fusion Apps Through IDCS, Get Redirected to a Blank Page (Doc ID 2521801.1)

On : N/A version, Custom Application Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is facing login issue while trying to log in to Fusion Apps through IDCS.
After providing their credentials, they get redirected to a blank page and they confirmed they are able to access the MyServices and the IDCS Admin Console.

Also noticed Slowdown/blank page from IDCS observed by customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer expects no slowdown/blank page to occur.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access FA link
2. IDCS login page displayed
3. provide login credentials
4. FA dashboard not displayed - as expected
  -- IE : Page cannot be displayed error
  -- firefox and chrome : blank white page


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users experience slowness and or blank page from UI
