Error When Uploading Downloaded Contract: "Unable To Upload Contract" (Doc ID 2521811.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, File Import/Export

When attempting to upload word document (clauses) back into the system the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to upload contract


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Download contract
2. Make changes and accept them
3. Upload contract
4. --- Select New contract source: Attached document--
5. --- Click "Retain structured terms for reference"
6. --- Choose file
7. Click ok --- here there is an issue . it is throwing error: "Unable to upload contract"
