Build Plan view does not display any data.

When opening the build plan associated to a supply and demand plan, the build plan displays no data and states, "No data to display."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a plan.
2. Navigate to table > Build Plan
3. Navigate to Criteria > Manage
4. Create a new Criteria with Item and Organization.
5. Save.
