Error while processing Accruals for New Employees who has joined.

Calculate accruals and balances log has the following error:

"Job errored with message: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-FND:::FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE:

<MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>The message is Error from Accrual absencesprocess: java.lang.NullPointerException"
