Symptoms

When attempting to load with HDL JobRequisition data,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ERROR : The job requisition <1_Req_Num> contains invalid posting details. (IRC-1590090)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Import and Load Data -> Import File drop down -> Import Local File -> JobRequisition.zip ->Submit
