FYI Notifications are still sent to Manager when approvals have been delegated (Doc ID 2522238.1)

Goal

After a worker delegates approval to a transaction they still receive email FYI notifications.

The reason for the delegation is to limit the notifications for certain users.

When an approval process is delegated, the worker delegating the approval does not receive notifications for the approval (as expected), but still receive FYI notifications through email and the notifications bell icon.

We are looking for a way to prevent the worker who delegates approvals from receiving the FYI notifications while still allowing others who have not delegated approvals to receive notifications.
