Ledger Sets Are Not Showing Up In LOV From The Inquires (Doc ID 2522266.1)

Symptoms

 On :  11.13.18.10.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

When submitting a SmartView query the user get the below error or when trying to run an Inquire, the new and old Ledger Sets are not shown in the LOV

ERROR

Input grid contains unknown members

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to run a query in SmartView and you will see the error


OR


2. Go to the Inquire on Details Balances and try to select an old or new  LS, they are not showing anymore.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run reports
