Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to log into an Oracle-hosted Unifier Cloud environment Portal page, a blank page displays.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Unifier Cloud Portal page should be visible.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a supported web browser.
  2. Enter the Unifier environment URL.
  3. At the login prompt, enter a user name and password.
  4. From the Primavera Cloud Portal page click on the Unifier tile/link.
  5. Note the reported behavior.
