Symptoms

Latitude And Longitude Lost On Address Update

The latitude and longitude fields cannot be entered when updating an address.
When an address is updated using web services (SOAP and RESTful API), the latitude and longitude fields are being removed.
This happens regardless of which field is updated even if the longitude and latitude are provided with the web service request.
