Internal Career Site Does Not Display Jobs and Search Is Unresponsive (Doc ID 2522892.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Internal candidates cannot search for jobs or see anything in the job list when using Internet Explorer. When using a different browser OR when off of the client's network the issue is no longer happening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The job list should load, and the search field should respond to text being entered and returned regardless of the browser or network.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using IE, navigate to the internal career site and log in as an internal candidate
2. Note that the page does not show the job list
3. The search field does not respond when text is entered
