Error When Navigate to Forecasting Options

Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Sales Forecasting
When attempting to go to Select Forecasting Options page
the following error occurs.
ERROR
The message is an application error has occured in ForecastAdminBeanImpl.Profilr.Calender ID NOT set.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into Application
Setup and Maintenance>Task: Select Forecasting Options
1. Navigation to Forecasting Options
2. Error Message when trying to access forecasting options
3. Navigation to Calendar setup
4. Calendar Setup.
