Custom BIP Report Using Payment Transaction Table CN_TP_PARTICIPANT_PAY Did Not Pick Up the Payment Plan Adjustment Amount (Doc ID 2522930.1)

Symptoms

For 12 participants, the Payment Plan Adjustment Amount are not showing up in custom BIP report based on the payment transaction table CN_TP_PARTICIPANT_PAY_ALL.

Simple example :

select * from CN_TP_PARTICIPANT_PAY_ALL where PAY_PERIOD_ID='2018004' and PAYEE_PARTICIPANT_ID='39934' 

It's not showing the PMTPLN_REC for -119.15. However, from the paysheet, can see the Payment Plan Adjustment for -119.15
