Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When attempting to create a journal using FBDI sheet,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ERROR: Sequencing is required. The legal entity cannot be derived from either the balancing segment to legal entity assignments or the assigned business unit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download FBDI sheet and enter required details to import journals except Group ID.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a journal using FBDI sheet.
