OCI-C: Updating the Password for Storage Cloud Fails Due to Permission Check (Doc ID 2523126.1)

Symptoms

Updating the password for backing up to the Storage Cloud failed with following error.

However as above, the permission of the password file was updated to 600 just before running bkup_api update_wallet. Nonetheless it alerted that the permission setting of that file was 0644.

Changes

The version of Cloud Tooling installed on the DBCS instance is 18.3.3 or later.
