Symptoms

Rate Inquiry[RIQQuery] action throws an Error for Rate and Route Option via Interface

The same RIQ is working fine from front end with Rate and Route option for the similar parameters.

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect OTM using the following WSDL using SOAP UI
2. Click on TransmissionPortHTTPBInding> Execute> Request on left hand side
3. Use the following request code to make the request using ‘Rate and Route’ XML  Y
4. Check the Response
