OTM invokes OIC - InvalidSecurity (Doc ID 2523296.1)

Symptoms

Flow: OTM -> OIC

An OIC integration was created and the integration WSDL was configured in OTM external system id.

When OTM invokes OIC, an instance is created but an error is generated:
