CX Mobile - Custom Roles Getting Error On CX Mobile (Doc ID 2523307.1)

There is a custom child object called Parts for the Service Request Object and a Dynamic choice list field "Parts #" which fetches records from Standard Products object based on a condition has been added. This works fine on Desktop/UI however on CX mobile a search box is visible when we click the Part # field, but no records are coming on searching for a part. It also shows an error popup with text : "ProductSelectOneListOfValues".
This is working for few users with OOTB roles and with custom roles. How do we make it works for all users ?
