On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to create a custom formula with FILTER('FACT' USING CASE when Month('Date') >=10 THEN (YEAR('Date')+1) else (YEAR('Date')) END = VALUEOF("CURRENT_ENTERPRISE_YEAR")) the following error occurs.

[nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)
[nQSError: 22024] A comparison is being carried out between non-compatible types. (HY000)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create analysis
2. Edit formula

3. Error occurs

Goal: Get the Number of Opportunities that were closed in the current enterprise year (enterprise year for customer starts in October).
