19A - TEST - Create Vacancy Quick Action

Log in as seeded Manager > My Team > Create Vacancy (Quick Action)

This action should create a vacancy under the initiating Manager's team, however the vacancy gets created under one of the Manager's direct reports hierarchy. Is this expected functionality?

Changes

 Upgrade to Rel 13 19A wherein Mobile Responsive pages were introduced via Quick Actions.
