Transform Account Record To Contact Record (Doc ID 2523950.1)

Customer wants to know if it is possible to make a transformation of some Account(Organization) records to Contact (Person).
This is because part of these records that have been created as anonymized customers are, in the real, Persons and not Organizations.

So the requirement is to provide a process, automatic or not, to make this transformation Org->Person.
