Prime Pro Does Not Refresh / Hangs After Running Scheduler.

Prime Pro does not refresh/hangs after running Scheduler.
This issue is intermittent, but only happens in Prime Professional (have not been able to reproduce in web browser / Prime Scheduling application).
For the screen to show updated Schedule after complete.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Update Activities (change relationships, durations, etc.).
2) Run scheduler (F9).
3) Scheduler runs & page refreshes, but is blank & loading symbol persists.
4) Refresh (F5) and Activities load properly.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot rely on Prime Pro.
