HRHD: Message Editor Becomes Blank When Inserting SmartText (Doc ID 2524090.1)

Message editor becomes blank when inserting SmartText and we cannot view/edit the inserted text.
This issue is reproducible consistently on different systems and on different browsers as well (Chrome and Internet Explorer were used). How can this be resolved?
