ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manager is not able search Business unit while transferring of employees from responsive UI

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see BU when transfer from My Team->Transfer card

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

transferring the employee form My Team->Transfer card he is not able to search the Business unit.
