The soap endpoint URL to be corrected OMC 18D documentation.

In the documentation 18D, the endpoint mentioned in the doc link https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/monetization-cloud/18d/using-soap/read-operations1.html#GUID-FC8EE13D-065B-4C18-A881-CDF6D40FEF7D, do not have "soap" mentioned.

With this endpoint with soap, it does not work.
