Symptoms

Element entry validation error for MX LDG occurs.

The issue is specifically tied to Mexico Legislation in Fusion HCM,

1. Cannot create element entries for MX LDG where this Lookup Type is driving some validations: PAY_TMPLT_ET_TIME_DEFINITION.
More specifically, MX was excluded from this Lookup Code: 'PRD'.
These are seeded ones, and we cannot make a change to them. Error message we get:

"The entry value does not exist in the lookup table. (PAY-1635169)
The entry value is validated by a lookup table, but the value (PRD) does not exist for lookup type PAY_TMPLT_ET_TIME_DEFINITION."

2. Is this a recent change, since last time, on January 10, 2019, entries could be made.

Did the issue start with 18C?
