I Can't Add An Specific Contact (Doc ID 2524603.1)

When I try to add as a contact it fails

*Steps to Reproduce*
1 - go to
2 - go to "Accounts"
3 - Click in "Contact List"
4 - Click in "+ new Contact"
5 - Fill the user credentials with
Last Name: <last_name>
First name: <first_name>
active: true
6 - Click in Create and Observe the error being triggered

An internal error occurred while processing input request.
Return code: 22004
