Symptoms

Blockchain Networking when attempting to join Hyperledger Fabric participants to an Oracle Blockchain Platform network, the following error occurs.

Can add organization but the purpose is to connect an external peer not add an organization to the network. One of the participant organization that want to manage their own peer or use another cloud provider they should be able to connect within the network they are using.
