Real-Time Integrations Are Not Being Sent from CPQ Cloud (Doc ID 2524746.1)

Symptoms

When a quote is submitted via real-time integrations, the quote data is not received by the external server. From looking at the real-time integration logs (Admin > Integration Settings) it can be seen that the quote failed to send. Additionally, it will attempt to retry sending the quote but will continue to fail up to the amount of retry counts.

If the "Test Connection" button is clicked, the request also times out.
