Not Able To Assign Account During Contact Creation From UI (Doc ID 2524862.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to create a new person and associate an existing customer with custom usage
the following error occurs.

"You cannot assign the usage ORG_CONTACT because it cannot be assigned when creating relationships. (HZ-120359)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application and click on navigator.
2. Click on Persons under Customer Data Management.
3. Click on create.
4. Enter the first name, last name, usage and pick an existing customer.
5. Click on save and close.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a person with an existing customer associated to it.
