Unable to Access Fusion Middleware (FMW) Console for JCS Instance (Doc ID 2524877.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access the Fusion Middleware (FMW) console from a Java Cloud Service (JCS) instance, the page hangs after entering the username/password. The WebLogic Admin Console is accessible and can be logged into successfully.

The following screenshot also shows that the domain name for the identity domain is not visible while accessing the FMW console:
