Symptoms
Work Order completion errors out
When the user attempts to complete a work order, it errors out. Both in "Quick Complete" Mode as well as Complete with details.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error on Quick Complete:
The operation transaction failed due to a system error. Contact your help desk. (WIE-4425481)
Error on Complete with Details:
An error occurred while processing the transaction with material status Active: Available for Netting and ATP.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work Execution > Task list: Review Dispatch List
2. Search for and select WO, expand line.
3. Select Quick Complete: error is received.
4. Select Complete with Details: error is received.
