OAC-Classic: /U01/LATENCY Getting 100% Filled Up and Manage Snapshots Gives "An unexpected error occurred retrieving the list of snapshots" Error

Issue Seen :
Oracle Analytics Cloud - Classic Release 105.1.x
/u01/latency shows 100% filled up in OAC VM. After performing "Add Storage" to add more latency and data volume, the /u01/latency gets filled up again immediately.
In order to clear the files in the /u01/latency, manual deletion of files was done in the VM. However after doing this, Manage Snapshots gives following error :
"An unexpected error occurred retrieving the list of snapshots"
