Symptoms

On : NA version, Command Line File Transfer

When attempting to execute command "eprcsctl" to export Library,

eprcsctl operation=export server=<EPM server URL> tenantid=<tenant id> user=<user id> password=<password>
artifact_path=<full path of the file in library> artifact_type=< resource type> filename=<file name> remotefolder=<lib folder>

The following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Folder artifact id is null from library.
