Some Users Are Unable To Search For Change Requests In Manage Change Request Search (Doc ID 2525516.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Manage Change Request' Search options fail to provide results

NOTE - This issue appears to be erratic, i.e. functions properly for some Users
All the Product Hub users have the same Roles and Privileges


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Change Requests search functionality should behave the same way for all the users, and fetch the results for the appropriate criteria entered

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Change Requests – Standard ‘Application Default’ Screen
2. Add Number Field and select “Starts with” criteria
Select “Is not blank” criteria for default Name & Description fields
Execute Search
No Search results fetched
3. Add Number Field and select “Contains” criteria
Select “Is not blank” criteria for default Name & Description fields
Execute Search
Search results fetches records with Numbers other than the one entered

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot Manage / Track / Monitor the CRs that needs to be updated / processed
